Skill: Box Sq 3-3-3-1-1-1

 

5 rnds

10 Turkish Get-ups (5ea arm @ 25% body weight)

10 Pistol sq(5ea leg)

    185X3 on box squat. 22:04 @ 50lb KB. Used a red band for help on the pistol.

    155lb on box squat. 26:07 for Kate @ 20lb kb, used a cage post for pistols.

    METCON, did 3 rounds with a 35 lb KB in 17:00, had to go

    at 6am class, finished 4 rounds in 20min or so. made up another rounds at 7am class. :)
    this was TOUGH!!!

    Did metcon at noon. 19:19 @ 50#

    185# for the box squat, I did 3 but only 1 really good and unloading my heels.
    22:30 @ 35# for the metcon.

    205×3/215×2 (time ran out for the 1 rep max attempts) and 22:30 (I think) @ 45# (used a med ball for pistols).
