    14 Rounds + 3 Squat Clean @ 155.

    I “assumed” my 1 RM for Sq Clean at 185. I think I should have gone heavier on this one, maybe 175…(nice work Justin). The cleans felt better than expected. It was very nice to just be able to drop the weight, and not lower it (as I had been doing in Germany).

    At 0530 I made up Tuesday WOD 10:33 (HSPU&DUs) Shoulders are totally smoked!

    It’s my Day14 for Whole30. I cannot believe it’s almost half way!! :) Not sure how much of my body comp would change in 30days (especially old folks like me…), but I am feeling more energy and sleeping better!
