WOD:
2 Rounds of:

4 Min AMRAP
5 OHS 115/75
5 Sit ups
1 Min to change weight and do 5 TU; rest remainder
4 Min AMRAP
5 Sotts Press 65/45
5 Sit ups
1 Min to change weight and do 5 TUs: rest remainder

Then complete 10 TUs for time

    Thank you all for the workout! I really hadn’t thought to try TU. Thanks to Justin. As 45 yo and complete 10TU (although one at a time…), I feel like I achieved something!! 🙂
