    Going to workout at Invictus (San Diego) in he morning. Went for a 4 mile run today. Hopefully, I’ll have something left in the morning.

    Here in Alabama. . . Missing Crossfit Bolling, but feeling very welcome here at Crossfit RPM! Yesterday’s 800 meters run in the cold was not fun; plus 21, 15, 9 dead lifts and pull ups topped off w/ 20 mb slam.
