I hope everyone enjoyed yesterdays “12 Days of Crossfit” wod. Here is an easier wod, Happy Friday the 13th:)

Warm-up

500m row

50 DU’s

20 light KBS

10 Burpees

5 Pullups

MOBILITY

Skill/Strength:

Power Clean 5×3 @ 80%

WOD:

20min AMRAP

30 Alt lunges (15ea leg)

10 HPC 95/65 (light unbroken)

10 K2E (knees to elbows)
