3x 3/1 OHS/Sn Bal AHAP

Conditioning:

    Even though we got kicked out of class…that’ll teach me to get up earlier in January, Dee and I still had a great workout after we figured out how to use the machines. 🙂

    130# for FS/BS…hated every second of it, my body hates me.
    6:34 for wod w/ a 35#KB

    100 lbs for FS/BS – Sore and tired – Did Bikram last night too
    75 lbs for the OHS & SB

    9 Something (40 @ 60 lbs last 10 @ 70 lbs) for the METCON- Wish I could have rowed 😦

    So glad that 7/13 (105# for 65%) is over now. The next week will be more % less reps.
    Did 75# for OHS/Sn Bal. Could put more if not after the FS/BS.
