8 Burpee & 20 Jumping Jack

6 Burpee & 30 Jumping Jack

4 Burpee & 40 Jumping Jack

2 Burpee & 50 Jumping Jack

    2 min-5 Rounds of 5PU, 7 Burpees, 12 DU w/ 1min plank hold (I did 30 secs at a time)
    1st -2+5 PU
    2nd-2+5PU
    3rd-2+5PU
    4th-2
    5th- 1+5PU+ 6 Burpees

    Make sure I understand minute 1 I do 10 burpees, 10 jumping jacks, minute 2 8 burpees, 20 jumping jacks etc, etc, for 5 minutes. Or do I do as many rounds descending for 5 minutes?

      You are correct. This WOD is just 5min. You can do as many times (of this 5minWOD) as you can. For Example, you do this every “hour”, every time you grab a snack, or every time you go to bathroom… LOL! 🙂

    I switched it up today di Shaun T’s T25 Alpha AB workout. I was a little winded. Nice change. Can’t replace Cross Fit.

    Cool, need to catch up, I’ll use the old folk scenario every time I go bathroom. That could be as often as every hour. Don’t eat too many snacks.
