Strength Training Week 4 of 10!

Warm-up:  500m Row, 50 DU, Hip Joint Mobility

4x 5Good Morning AHAP

4x 5/3 PP/Clean Grip OHS AHAP

10 Rounds

1min AMRAP of Cindy

1min Shoulder Bridge Hold

We have Mon noon and Thu 6am classes!! (The gym has misprinted the schedule!!)

  1. Michelle says:

Clean grip OHS was horrible, empty bar. 105# PP
    WOD: 15 rounds
The bridge hold was almost as bad as the OHS, my crappy mobility made me keep all the weight in my hips instead of shoulders so squats liked to have killed me. 😦

  2. Matt says:

Good workout! 95# for Good Mornings and 65# for PP/Clean Grip OHS. Those were awful!!
14 rounds for Metcon. Thanks Dee for pushing me the whole way!!
Looking forward to Gerrard’s B-day WOD tomorrow!

  3. Brighid says:

This was pretty cool WOD…plenty of weaknesses ID’ed. Good mornings 115#, PP 85# (round 3/4 failed @rep 4/2), OHS 35#. Complete loss of focus doing shoulder bridges so I have no idea how many Cindy, but Yuki lapped me every round, nice work Yuki!

  4. GP says:

Good mornings at 95#, could have down more, but why 🙂

PP/Clean grip OHS @ 65# probably could have done more but that would have hurt more too

METCON 13 rounds (I think), Squats got hard

  5. Yuki says:

    115# for GM and 85# for PP/(pathetic)OHS
This was the moment of exposing truth about my immobile t-spine… 😦
    15 rounds +3PU for Cindy

Everyone is looking forward to the Gerard’s B-day tomorrow~! 😀

  6. Gerard says:

    95# Good Mornings
    75# PP
    14 + 5 WOD
    Excited about my Birthday Workout

Everyone please wear their Cross Fit Bolling shirts want a picture.
