B) Bent Over Row x 5 reps x 4 sets AHAP FS/BS: 3/6 x 6 sets @ 85%

30 Double Unders
15 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Power Snatch (95/65)

It’s coming near the end of the first 2014 Whole 30 nutrition challenge and the end of detox January for most new Years resolutionists so how are your feeling?! How did you do on your ‘resolutions’ have you kept them or modified them to fit your lifestyle?  Since many of us tried our hand at improving our nutrition I thought this was an interesting article on the nutrition debate, One Twin Gave up Sugar, the Other Gave up Fat.
