A) FS/BS: 3/6 * 6 sets @ 80%

B) Clean Deadlift To Top Of Knee @ Tempo 3132: 3 sets of 3 @ manageable weight

WOD: 13min AMRAP
10 Burpees to a plate (45/25)
10 Pull-ups
10 OH walking lunges w/ plate

 

Meeting the bar in the Snatch & Clean
