B) Clean Deadlift: 5 sets of 2 @ 120% of max Clean

WOD: 4 RDS
15 Front Squats (95/65#)
15 Push Press
20 Box Step ups (alt L/R) (24/20)
20 H.R. Pushups
30 Double unders

    175# FS/BS (barely made the 4th one) I had to split it up.
    Very challenging!
    Not certain about the clean. It is whatever Michelle posts.

    135 for the FS/BS – 4 lot more reasonable than the 6 rounds
    185 for the clean DL

    No METCON, but am feeing flexible 🙂
