Strength:
A) FS/BS: 2/4 x 4-6 sets @ 100% of max FS

B) Deadhang Pullups: 5 x 3 weighted

WOD: EMOM for max rds
5 x Clapping push ups
15 x KBS (55/35)
Each minute thereafter add 1 rep to the pu’s

How often should someone take a rest day?

    Could not do my1RM weight. Did 3 sets at 160, 190 190. Failed on the 4th. Tried again, failed on the 5th and 6th too. : (
