B) Clean Pull Pause @ Bottom Of Knee: 4 sets of 2 reps @ 100% of max clean

WOD: AMRAP 15min
20 Overhead walking lunges (45/25)
3 Wall Walks
30 Medball V-Twists (R/L = 2)
