A)BS: Find 1RM (10 min cap)

WOD:

30 min Cap: Teams of Two (One partner works at a time, must complete an entire round before switching)

10 RFT (each)

5 Thrusters (65/45)

7 HSPU

9 Pullups

    BS was kind of a disaster…couldn’t get close to my PR. Worked on improving form at a lower weight. 185#.
    MetCon: 12:08 (need to improve range of motion on HSPU.)
    6:00am did 7 rounds individual instead of 10 rounds partner.
