This weeks endurance WODs

Your EWODs for the week are

Tuesday: Long Interval
3 x 1 Mile Runs
For Time:
1 mi Run
Rest 2 min
1 mi Run
Rest 2 min
1 mi Run
Post total time.

Thursday: Short Interval
Run : 8x 200 m, rest 1 min
Each for time: Run: 8x 200 m Rest 1 min between efforts.
Post time for individual rounds.

Saturday: All out Effort
Run 45 min for MAX distance
