Beyond the White Board (BTWB) REPOST

Posted: April 17, 2014 in WODs

Due to a few BTWB questions this week I wanted to bump this post back to the top please read through it and use it as a jumping off point for your discussions with each other and your coaches.

After some deliberation we’ve decided to go with Beyond
The Whiteboard ( for your
workout tracking needs. Beyond the Whiteboard is the
largest CrossFit results tracking website with over 5 million posts.
The site allows you and your trainers (ie. us)to track your
numbers, and allows you to compare yourself to thousands of
CrossFitters around the world using the website. BTWB also allows
us as your trainers to assess your progress and help tailor Crossfit
Bolling’s programing so you get the most out of the time, sweat, and
tears you share with us.

We want you to be able to see the progress you have and will make
at CF Bolling . Best of all Beyond the Whiteboard has agreed to provide
us this service for free. Beyond the White Board typically charges gyms
upwards of 100 dollars a month and members 5 dollars a month each.

There is a link at the bottom of this post allowing to join our gym on BTWB.
Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be placed in our gym and
you’ll be able to log scores for our workouts (they will be posted daily), log
scores for other workouts you’d like to do,
view leaderboards for all of the popular CrossFit workouts, and keep
track of your personal records.

In addition, BTWB offers FREE mobile apps for both iPhone and Android
phones. The workouts will get assigned to you via the apps the same
way they get assigned for the website, so please feel free to log
your scores using your phones. This should make logging results even
easier for you!

Below are links to articles and videos outlining the basics of Beyond
The Whiteboard from a user standpoint. Read and watch the videos in
order (videos are located at the bottom of each article) and please
let me know if you have any questions.

Thank You
CF Bolling
