SWOD:

10 rounds 4 pull ups every 30 seconds.

 

WOD: This Place is a Prison

10 Rounds for Time:

10 Thrusters 65/45lbs

10 KBS 55/35

 

Then:

12 rounds

30 sec jingle jangles 30 sec rest.                (5 meter wind sprints)

    Excellent workout, it pushed you to your limits. 16:27 and 150 jingle jangles.

    & 147 jingles, lost count at some point too, so it is a guess

    Wow, that was tough and good. Among other things, felt like I paid for my bad sleep habits this morning. Brain was mush – maybe 16 or 17 minutes and 130 shuttles.
