APPRENTENCE

Squat 5×3

Press 5×3

CRAFTSMAN

Front Squat 3,3,3,3,3

Press 5×3

WOD:

For time:

2/1.5 pood Russian KB Swings – 150 reps
Toes to Bar – 50 reps

 

You can use any rep scheme  you choose  just get the work done.   Resist the urge to scale for the sake of time this is supposed to be heavy, enjoy.
