Deadlift 5RM


Power Snatch 2RM, then 3×2 at 90 % of 2RM


10 Rounds: (95/65 S1:75/55)

1 Barbell Complex every 2 Min

6reps of:


Bent Over Row

Hang Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Up


It should look like this:

    35# DBs + subbed lunges for back squats. Heavy enough that I lost my grip a few times.
