Squat 3×5 (add 5 lb. to last workout)
Press 3×5 (add 5 lb. to last workout)

CRAFTSMAN
Front Squat 5 RM
Push Press 3x max reps @ 90% of 5 RM

Helen:

3 rounds for time of:

Run, 400 m

21 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood

12 Pull-ups
