Work on a Goat and then:

Complete 5 rounds:

Push Press @ 90% of Press 5 RM – 5 reps
Chin Ups – 3 reps
Push Press @ 90% of Press 5 RM – 3 reps
Chin Ups – 5 reps
Push Press @ 90% of Press 5 RM – 1 rep
Chin Ups – 7 reps

Chin ups are dead hang, palms facing your face. The clock will be running but time is NOT the key factor, work diligently not frantically. Use bands, the pull up assist machine in the gym, partner assist, the force, or sub ring rows (2 to 1) for the chin ups
