    I made Kabocha egg salad as my to-go meal this week. Kabocha is a good source of heavy card, and they were on sale at Asian supermarket. It’s basically boiled egg and home-made mayo as normal egg salad, and I added, mushed Kabocha, pickle, olive, and raisin. Turned out pretty good.
    Here is my Whole30 lifesaver list…
    1) Home-made Mayo
    2) Almond Butter
    3) Penzey’s Spices
    4) Dates and cocoa powder… 🙂
