WOD:                                             

10 Rounds for Kurdistan:

10 rounds for time:

26 step-ups, 2 x 25-35 DB

(18-20 in Box)

5 strict pull-ups

3 Turkish get ups each side 25-55 KB

10 push-ups.

    9 rounds with 20#DB and 25#KB @about 39min mark….

    7 rounds plus, 5 strict pill ups, 6 turkish Getups, and 10 push ups. Tough workout, started with 35# then 25# KB. It’s all about finish.

    35 & 35#. Brutal.
