Endurance WOD – Short Interval

9 rounds of 1:00 on/1:00 off, each “on” round should be at 95% effort

Endurance WOD – Long Interval

5:00 on, 2:30 off, 6:00 on, 3:00 off, 7:00 on

Endurance WOD – Tempo/TT

5k TT

    Pool is closed for the 6-8am lap swim until they hire some lifeguards to work in the morning. They expect to open for morning laps in about 2 weeks.
