Tue, 15 Jul – Mobility Day

This is re-test week with the Front Squat so after weeks of high volume, high weights this is going to be mobility day.

Take a second to review some mobility wod’s that might be specific to you and your trigger points, http://www.mobilitywod.com.  Think about how your movement can be better improved in the front squat position and which mobility movements or foam rolling techniques can get you there.

Bring a lacrosse ball or band if you have it!


Five rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet

Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest, wear it.
