8x 3 Power Clean 60%

Conditioning:

15-12-9-6-3 with a Partner
Deadlifts (75% 1RM)
HSPU
Box Jumps
Partner 1 does 15 DL then partner 2. 1 partner working at a time, move on once both partners finish
