    “I do all of the programming. I never program box jumps, running and double unders (or other ankle specific movements) on consecutive days. People seem to forget that these movements are all pretty much the same as far as your heel cords are concerned. If we do seem to be doing a lot of ankle flexion, I force the classes to do extra ankle mobility. When we do box jumps, I rarely have them do sets of more than 15-20 per round and rarely (if ever) more than 100-120 total per workout.”
