Chris’ Crazy Call

400m Run

20 each of
Wall Ball 20/12
Hang Power Clean 95/65
Pull Up
Deadlift 95/65
Push Up
BJ 24/20
KBS 50/35
T2B
Squat
Hang Power Snatch 95/65
DU
Sit Up
Burpee

400m Run

You must start and finish with 400m run, but you must also run 200m after each of the exercise (total 2 miles)

    75 lbs for the hang snatch & mostly singles – Rest Rxed

    This was a good workout. I fell short 10 burpees and 400m run of the 35 minute time cap. 75# HPC, DL, and hang power snatch.
