Every 2min for 8min (4 sets) – Push Press+Split Jerk. Build over course of sets.


Every 12min for 24min (2 sets)

20 burpees over erg or barbell*
20 PP (95#/65#)

*This should allow enough room for everyone.  Erg is a little higher than a barbell.

Burpee Techniques:

  1. GP says:

    95/115 for the Push Press+Split Jerk

    8:13 and 8:4x for the WOD- Rxed

  2. Chris says:

    Push press + Split Jerk: 165#
    WOD: 6:15/6:21 rx.
