Snatch First Pull (2count pause @knee) + Hang Snatch Pull w/Shrug (Focus on Weight Distribution on Foot):

Work to a 3rm, then 1X3@95%, 1X3@90%

WOD

AMRAP 23min – Partner WOD

Buy-in: 100 wallballs (split as desired between partners)

Partner A: OHS hold (45#/35#)
Partner B: 10 BJ (30”/24”)
15 pushups
20 situps

Bring an abmat if you have one.  Score is how many rounds of BJ/pushup/situps completed.
