Deadlift 5 RM

3 rounds for time:
1 One Arm DB Power Snatch + 1 One DB Push Press (Right) – 7 rep
1 One Arm DB Power Snatch + 1 One DB Push Press (Left) – 7 reps
25 lbs Weighted Chin Ups – 7 reps
Use 55/35 pound DB/KB

    7:09 (I think) for the METCON used 35 lb db

    I enjoy overhead weights but my shoulders are shot! 8-something maybe for the wod, rx’d dbs but unweighted chin ups.
