Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs from last workout)
Floor Press 3×5 (10 Push ups after each set)

WOD:
17 Rounds, Every Minute on the Minute ….
Rounds 1-5: 3x Craig Special @ 65/95#, then 6x Burpees
Rest Round 6
Rounds 7-11: 3x Craig Special @ 65/95#, then 6x Burpees
Rest Round 12
Rounds 13-17: 3x Craig Special @ 65/95#, then 6x Burpees
