Today we start working on gymnastics skills! From Greg Glassman’s famous World-Class Fitness in 100 Words, “Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.”

This does not mean handstand walks across the gym but kicking up onto the wall and maintaining a hollow body position or develop the strict pull-up.
