Whole30 Nutrition Challenge

It’s the time of year…, no place to park at the gym…, 30days of discipline…  Here is the guideline


However if you are not familiar with the Paleo diet or particularly just new to this Whole30 program, here is the good website for a little study time…


It’s your own health and diet… and nobody can “make you” do this, but it’s also nice to do this together as the CrossFit community and share some recipes, questions, thoughts, etc.  It’s about a week until we start 2015.  It’s time to start thinking about your new year’s resolution and start cleaning your pantry!
