Partner B: Burpees

Swap

Partner B: 300m row just legs

Partner A: Burpees

Then

Partner A: 300m row just arms

Partner B: Burpees

Swap

Partner B: 300m row just arms

Partner A: Burpees

Score is total # of Burpees as a team

Then

4K partner Row (swap as needed, ea must row 2000m)

Cash out:
