CrossFit Games Open:


Please check the link above for the detail of the CrossFit Games this year.  We, CrossFit Bolling, will do the open workout every Fridays, 2/27, 3/6, 13, 20, & 27.  Registration and Judges course are open!

This is the competition for non-competitors.  🙂  Check the Website.  It’s 18 April at CrossFit Lorton!!



Do you see anything that you “like” or “don’t like” during our crossfit class?  Please let any of your coaches know.  We are here to help you progress and achieve your goals, but like to make sure that we all have fun and create a good crossfit community!

    You guys and gals are awesome, why I have been showing up every day (when in town) now for 5+ years
    One thing that would like to be able to do is to have 10 mins at the end for post workout stretch and cool down.

    Also a lots time we have a body weight WOD and something heavy
    Would be good to to mix it up, e.g. Angie and 3,3,2,2,1,1 DL.
    would be nice to do Angie, 5 min break and then DL!! And then a nice static stretch
