BOB!! Happy Birthday (2/7) WOD

End of the last year, AL introduced CrossFit to Bob.  On his Day1, AL made him do something like row – box jump – wall ball for about 1.5 hours!!!  He survived the killer WOD by AL, and now undeniably being the part of 6am crew.  🙂
