(1) 6 Rounds, every 90 sec.
5 Shuttle Sprints on the BB Court (to half court and back =1)

Then
(2) 3x-3x-3x-2x-3x-2x (reps each round)
Hang Power Snatch @ 60%-70%-80%-85%-80%-85% 1RM (loading for reps)
Weighted Pull-ups – increase until prescribed reps are hard but doable
Instep Stretch

Then:

(3) 5-4-3-2-1 for time
Hang Power Snatch @ 50% 1RM
2x Push-ups (so, 10-8-6-4-2)
2xPull Ups (No Kipping)
