(1) Dumbbell/Kettle Bell Press
3x @ 75% 1RM
3x @ 85% 1RM
2x @ 90% 1RM
2x @ 90% 1RM
1x @ 92.5% 1RM
2x @ 90% 1RM
1x @ 95% 1RM
3x Loaded Pull-ups (double number above) – increase load until hard but doable.
6x Goblet Squat @ 25/35 pounds

Then
(2) 6 Rounds for time
6x Dumbbell/Kettle Bell Push Press– 35/55#
6x Burpees
6x Pull-ups
6x Weighted Sit Ups with Kettle bell/ Dumbbell
