Rest 5 minutes

12-9-6 reps for time of:

95-lb. Curtis P

Pull-ups

Rest 5 minutes

9-6-3 reps for time of:

95-lb. Curtis P

Pull-ups

NO kipping, butterflying, jumping, banded, or crying on the  pull ups

you MAY cry during the Curtis P (that is acceptable)

    WOD 45:36 75# this was tough but it was great workout. Last round 95#.
