Power Clean 4×4

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Reps of:

Chin Ups (Palms facing you, no kipping or other funny business)
Front Squat

*Under 200 lbs, use 185 lbs for Front Squat.
*Over 200 lbs, use 225 lbs for Front Squat.

Ladies scale accordingly i.e.  somewhere between body weight and 110% or so of body weight

Not for time work diligently, not franticly
