Let’s finish March with…

1) 9 Rounds – sprint to the 30 sec. rest each round
40x Step-ups w/ 15/25# dumbbells in each hand
5x Burpees
5x Front Squat @ 50% 1RM
Rest 30 sec.
(2) 4 Rounds
50x Flutter Kicks
10x Sandbag Get-ups – 60/80# (no Sandbag? Do 5x Turkish Get-ups with a dumbbell or Kettlebell 30#/40# one side each round – so, 5x Right on first round, 5x Left second round, and so on…)
