B) Hang Muscle Sn: 4×3@40-50%
C) Sn No Hook/Feet: 4×3
D) BN PP: 4×3 AHAP
E) BN Jerk + Jerk: 2+1@ 60/70/80, 4*1+1@85%
F) Jerk Dip: 3×2@120%
