30 Burpees
150 Air Squat
40 Box Jump 24/20
50 Ball Slams 30/20
100 Med ball Situps 20/14
200 Double Unders or 800 singles
800m Run together
Only one partner can work at a time.
Partners can break up reps between them as desired.
