12-Min (3×4) EMOM
Minute 1: Max reps of Air Squats
Minute 2: Pullups (60 -1st minute’s Squat total)
Minute 3: Max reps of Air Squats
Minute 4: Pushups (60 – 3rd minute’s Squat total)
Continue with pattern until 12 minutes of work has been completed.

Total up your squats and post.
