5-5-3-3-1-1-1 BS

WOD:

1 – 10 Squat Clean

(@40-50% of BS)

10 – 1 Ring Pushups

Perform the movements as a couplet. As your squats cleans increase from 1 to 10, the ring pushups will decrease from 10 to 1.
