***Suggestion on the squat strength cycle starting next week***

We are aware that some of you cannot/would not workout 5days/week and concerned how to apply this 3/week Squat Cycle session.  As mentioned earlier in this week, Mondays and Wednesdays will be FS/BS combo and Fridays are BS only day.  If you are taking a day off, I would suggest to take Wednesdays off and make up the 2nd (Wednesdays) FS/BS combo on Friday by dropping BS session.  Tuesdays and Thursdays are full with other liftings (Snatch, C&J, DL, Press…) and gymnastic skills, so best not to skip.  If you are noon participants, you are just fine by dropping Fridays, although you are always welcome to join Friday morning classes to make up your BS session.
