Strength: Week1-1

4x 7/13 FS/BS @FS65%

Complete 4 sets of (7x FS immediately followed by 13x BS) @ 65% of your own FS 1RM.  If you don’t have FS 1RM, you will need to complete that first and join this strength cycle on Wednesday.

 

Conditioning:

12min EMOM

Odd: 40 DU

Even: 12 Burpees
