Skill:  Split Jerk

**Mark your feet and correct your footwork!!  Work with a partner for the second eyes!!**

5×10 without bar, just footwork (check if your feet land at the right place of the marking)

5×10 with PVC or bar (focus on driving with shoulder and push yourself under the bar)

If you have some time left, go for heavy.
