100m Sprint (slow start on the first few rounds…)

WOD:

“Light FGB”

3 Rounds for total reps (1min each station, 1min rest after 5 exercises)

  1. Wall Ball 20/14#
  2. KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull 55/35#
  3. Box Jump 20″
  4. Push Press 45/35#
  5. Row for cal
